- Slow-cooked roast pork with pan gravy, crunchy crackling and crispy roast potatoes.
- Chicken cacciatore with red wine, olives, capsicum and mushrooms, served with fluffy rice.
- Roasted bell peppers stuffed with a pumpkin, pea and sundried tomato risotto, served with Napoli sauce and crunchy green vegetables. (vegan)
