BUFFET MENU 1- $20 PER PERSON (Minimum 50 people)

Meat Lasagne- Fresh pasta sheets layered with mozarella and parmesan cheese and our house bolognaise sauce.

Country Roast- A choice of roast beef, pork or lamb.

Schnitzel- 100% chicken breast fillet, coated in breadcrumbs and Italian herbs.

Calamari Fritti- Tender strips of calamari, battered in semolina and grilled with lemon and herbs.

Roast Potatoes- Chat potatoes roasted and infused with rosemary and garlic.

Grilled Vegetables- Crisp seasonal vegetables stir-fried in olive oil and Italian herbs


BUFFET MENU 2- $27 PER PERSON (Minimum 40 people)

Meat Lasagne- Fresh pasta sheets layered with mozzarella and parmesan cheese and our house bolognaise sauce.

Vegetarian Cannelloni- Fresh pasta tubes filled with creamy ricotta and spinach, in our home-made Napoli sauce.

Country Roast- Tender roast beef with an authentic mushroom gravy.

Porchetta- Succulent roast pork with crunchy crackling.

Calamari Fritti- Tender strips of calamari, battered in semolina and grilled with lemon and herbs.

Fried Rice- Special fried rice in the traditional Chinese style.

Roast Potatoes- Chat potatoes roasted and infused with rosemary and garlic.

Grilled Vegetables- Crisp seasonal vegetables stir-fried in olive oil and Italian herbs.

Greek Salad- Authentic Greek salad of Feta, Kalamata Olive, tomato, cucumber, onion and oregano.

Green Salad- Garden salad of cucumber, capsicum, Spanish onion and mixed leaves dressed with white wine vinegar and olive oil.


BUFFET MENU 3- $32 PER PERSON (Minimum 35 people)

Ciabatta-
Crunchy fresh baked dinner rolls.

Vegetarian Gnocchi- Home-made potato dumplings with organic tomato and fresh herb salsa.

Meat Lasagne- Fresh pasta sheets layered with mozzarella and parmesan cheese and our house bolognaise sauce.

Chicken Involtini- Roulettes of chicken breast filled with spinach, Swiss cheese and capsicum, in a pepperonata sauce.

Veal Scallopini- Tender veal in white wine, cream and mushroom sauce.

Porchetta- Succulent roast pork with crunchy crackling.
